- Authenticity Assurance: Collectible cards are susceptible to being swapped for lower-quality or counterfeit versions. Our policy ensures that every item in our inventory remains untampered and genuine.
- Condition Sensitivity: The market value of a trading card is significantly dictated by its precise physical condition. Any additional handling or return transit increases the risk of micro-damage, which would compromise the item’s value for future collectors.
3. Order Integrity
We take great care in inspecting and packaging every order to ensure that the items you receive match their descriptions. We use high-quality protective materials (sleeves, top-loaders, and bubble mailers) to safeguard your cards during transit.
4. Shipping Issues
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@allbluecards.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping-related issues.
5. Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must remain in its original, unopened packaging (if applicable) for us to process a correction.
