By accessing or using the ALL BLUE CARDS PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202621086K) website agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

ALL BLUE CARDS PTE. LTD. is a platform for managing and trading One Piece collectible card games. We provide tools for cataloging, pricing, and purchasing cards through various providers and listings.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We use Firebase Authentication for secure account management.

4. Transactions and Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. ALL BLUE CARDS PTE. LTD. is not responsible for errors or issues arising from the payment processor. As detailed in Section 7, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent card listings.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ALL BLUE CARDS PTE. LTD. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. One Piece and related characters are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy is standard in the trading card industry to prevent the risk of authentic cards being replaced or swapped. As we cannot definitively identify that a returned card is the exact item originally dispatched, we must maintain this strict policy to protect the integrity of our inventory and our customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

ALL BLUE CARDS PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or any transaction conducted through it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
