Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at ALL BLUE CARDS PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202621086K). This policy explains how and when we process and ship your order, and what shipping costs to expect. All prices and shipping fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
1. Shipping Coverage
We are a Singapore-based store and currently ship within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
- Orders under $99: a flat shipping fee of $4 applies.
- Orders of $99 or more: shipping is free.
The shipping fee is calculated from your item subtotal (before shipping) and is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment. During this time we carefully inspect, sleeve and package your cards using protective materials (sleeves, top-loaders and bubble mailers) to safeguard them in transit.
4. Shipping Time
After processing, orders are shipped within a further 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the carrier. We will send you an email when your order has been shipped.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@allblue.cards with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and items. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
